These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the hosting, domain, VPS, SSL and related services ("Services") provided by GlamourHost ("we", "us", "GlamourHost"). By ordering or using our Services you agree to these Terms.
We provide web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, domain registration, SSL certificates and website services. Service features and resource limits are described on the relevant product pages and in your account.
You must provide accurate registration details and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account and for the content you host.
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful, abusive or harmful purpose, including spam, malware distribution, phishing, copyright infringement, or activity that disrupts our network or other customers. We use fair-usage and resource limits (CPU, RAM, processes, I/O, inodes) to protect platform stability.
Fees are billed in advance in your chosen currency (EUR, GBP or RON). Services renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Eligible hosting plans include a 45-day money-back guarantee; domain registrations, renewals and certain third-party products are non-refundable.
We may suspend or terminate Services for non-payment or breach of these Terms. You may cancel at any time from your account; cancellation stops future renewals.
We take regular backups as part of our Services, but you remain responsible for keeping your own copies of important data. Backups are provided on a best-effort basis.
We target 99.9% uptime. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our reasonable control are excluded. Service credits, where applicable, are described in your account.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the affected Service in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or on this page. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable European Union law. Disputes are subject to the competent courts of Romania.
