A 500 error is a general server error. The most common causes are a broken .htaccess file, wrong file permissions or a PHP issue.
Try these
- Temporarily rename your .htaccess file and reload the site.
- Set folders to 755 and files to 644.
- Switch the PHP version in cPanel (MultiPHP Manager).
- Check the error log in cPanel for the exact message.
If you are still stuck, contact support with the time of the error and we will investigate.
