If you are not satisfied with your hosting service, you may request a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. No questions asked.
Refunds under this guarantee apply only to first-time purchases of the above services.
Non-Refundable Products & Services
The following products and services are non-refundable, due to their nature and the costs involved in provisioning them:

Once these services are provisioned or activated, refunds cannot be issued.
Renewals & Cancellations

Renewal payments are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for cancelling services before the renewal date to avoid future charges.

Cancellation of a service stops future billing but does not automatically trigger a refund.
Abuse & Policy Violations
Refunds will not be issued if an account is suspended or terminated due to:
